Organisation: area is 40 m long and 25-30 m wide. There are 2 target zones at each end, about 5-7 m deep. In each target zone a player stands. Target zone players belong to attackers. There are 4 attackers inside middle area and 2 defenders.
Target zone players feed attackers with ball. Attackers must take the ball to the opposite target area.
Coaching points: attackers must utilize width and depth of area, crossover runs, holding off defenders when marked, receiving and turning with the ball in order to create space, realizing passing channels, defenders must mark tightly.
