Set up a box and place a player at each corner. 2 of these have a ball.
In the center place an attacker and a defender.
One of the outside players with a ball, plays it to the attacker. The attacker should be aware of where the defender is, so they can control the ball into space away from the defender (BACK FOOT).
The attacker then plays the ball to any outside player (but not back where they received it) without a ball. Next they receive the other ball and repeat.
Play lasts for 1 minute. Every pass to an outside player = 1 point. Every pass from one corner to the opposite corner = 2 points.
After a minute switch the inside 2 players with 2 players from the outside.
Encourage the head of the attacker to be up, so they can see which outside player doesn’t have a ball.
