1/2 Field Play with 3 or 4 defenders and 4 or 5 attackers. Start with the ball at a wing or with the center player. Striker starts at cone near top of the box.
Attacking team attempts to finish on large goal. Defending team plays out to two small counter attacking goals, or looks to clear.
If ball goes out of play have players check back to starting positions and start again.
Modify numbers so that attacking team starts by having success. Reduce defenders down to 2 if necessary.
Get as many good reps as possible. Add restrictions 1 or 2 touch. Look for patterns of play disccused previously.
