Creat 4- 12x12 yard boxes 12 yards apart from each other. Put a group of 4-5 players with their own ball in each square. Indicate a direction counter-clockwise or clockwise (make sure the players know what you mean you will need to demonstrate the directions with younger players)
When the whistle blows the players will dribble to the next square. The team with all their players in the next square with the ball stopped first gets a point.
Once the players have this down add a defender inbetween each box that the players have to get around when they switch.
Emphasize close control, and accellerating with the ball when they hear the whistle.
Highlight players who can move quickly AND under control.
