firstly you have to get into pairs and face each other on either cone. The aim of the game is to knock the yellow cone over and move up the ladder. Also, it gets harder as you move up as their is a bigger passing distance. One person moves up the ladder one moves down.
. pass with the inside of your foot side on.
.take a touch before passing.
.look at the cone not the ball.
.pass with your strong foot take the touch with your weak foot.
