Double handed flick to wall plus jump

When ready jump upwards and push/ flick the ball to the wall using both hands. The land and bend both knees before then jumping again in time for the ball to return central to both hands. Whilst in the air, push/ flick the ball back again to the wall.

Players flick the ball against the wall using the finger tips of both their hands.

Elevated pass (2 handed high)

When ready players should bend their knees and jump upwards, with both hands behind the ball. Their hands start at their forehead height and then release the ball towards the wall with a follow through. Once the move is complete players receive the ball in landing position.

Starting position 3ft to 4ft from the wall feet hip distance apart with knees bent both hands behind and slightly to the side of the ball Movement push through the ball and follow through towards the wall flick the wrist at end of follow through keep arms out to control the return ball relax the arms as the ball comes back to keep the control

Shoulder pass to the wall at a fixed point further down the wall Run to the left to receive the ball as it rebounds off the wall Chest pass the ball to a higher spot back up the wall Return to your starting place whilstreceiving the rebound ball from the wall

Aim is to keep the ball moving continuously Pass the ball against the wall at a point further down the wall so the ball rebounds at a high point Receive the ball with your opposite hand pass the ball back to the wall at a higher point so that the ball rebounds off high receive the ball with the opposite hand Players should be moving from right to left as the ball moves up and down the wall

Starting position Player A is 5m away from the wall and player B standing with her back to the wall, 1m away 1 Player A passes to B, player A runs towards the wall further down the wall to receive a 2nd pass 2 Player A passes the 3rd pass against the wall straight in front of her for player B to receive the rebound following movement to get to the correct position 3 Player A runs to player B's starting position and receives a pass 4 Player B runs to the starting position of player A and receives a pass Re start the practice

Starting position 3ft to 4ft from the wall feet slightly apart with knees relaxed both hands behind and slightly to the side of the ball Movement take a step back using the left foot and as you bring the right foot to join the left the pass is made on the jump push through the ball and follow through towards the wall flick the wrist at end of follow through keep arms out to control the return ball as ball comes back, player steps forward to recieve the ball relax the arms as the ball comes back to keep the control

Hand /eye coordination using the wall - right and left hands Starting position 3ft from wall feet hips distance apart facing the wall ball held in the palm of hand Movement of ball flick the ball against the wall using finger tips make an arc from top to bottom and back again in one movement as ball comes back to the top, use both hands to push the ball to the wall after 4 double handed pushes, swap hands and repeat the arc on the opposite side
