Encourage your players to support their passes with this pass and move session.
Quick one or two-touch passing is a great way to leave your opponent for dead which is why this session is all about quick and decisive passing movement,
Session outcome:
After using this plan your team should be more comfortable playing the ball up the pitch, using combination passes to support one another and leave their opposition chasing their tails.
What's in the Session?
Starting with a couple of low-pressure passing in small groups drills we then work on keeping possession with some small games before finishing with a game which encourages players to pass through the three zones of the pitch (defence to midfield to attack).
