This session is for players of all ages, designed to improve awareness, first touch and dribbling confidence - getting them to look up and make every touch count!
What's in the session?
To keep your players motivated we've included a couple of fun games along the way to ensure your players stay alert and willing to work hard throughout the entirety of this dribbling session!
We also find time to squeeze in a turning exercise which will test your players' ability to turn with the ball. This also gives you the opportunity to introduce younger players to moves including the Cruyff turn, first used by Johan Cruyff back in 1974 (yes it was that long ago)!
Use this fast moving session to get your team running quickly around the pitch - supporting the player on the ball and offering themselves as a passing outlet.
