The primary aim of this plan is to work on clinical finishing for your forwards and strikers and improve play in and around the final third so your side get more shots on goal.
The secondary aim is to give your goalkeepers and defenders a thorough workout, working on their shot stopping credentials.
What's in the Session?
To improve speed of play we kick off with a passing triangle warm up and then move speedily on to developing your players' shooting accuracy.
Quality end products are the order of the day in the 4 shooting drills that follow, as we encourage your players to take no more than 3 touches to finish (speed of shot is key to give the opposition as little time as possible to adjust).
