Cricket Drill Demonstration


  • Place a cone out in front.
  • Stand and bend over on one leg, hinging at the hips and keeping the back straight, to pick up the cone.
  • Repeat with opposite leg. 


Coaching points

  • Cone can be replaced by any an alternative object. 
  • Engaging the core and keeping hips facing forward and in line will help maintain balance.
