Practice to be first to the ball and work as a team to shoot. Players must run in to the game in twos from either corner. The blue shooting one way and the reds shooting the other. The coach feeds the ball in to the middle and the players must be quick to the ball to get a shot away. Shooting and scoring from the middle counts double. Scoring from outside the middle square is just one goal. The team out of possession must work hard to block the shots and win the ball back. The ball is alive as long as it is in the area. When the ball is dead, the players involved must immediately leave the area and then quickly the drill restarts with the next four running in. The players leaving queue up in their corners once again. This is a fast moving drill
