
Players form lines behind orange cones. Players will rotate lines. First player in each line stands in front of the cone. Coach plays each player a ball in the air. Players must bring the ball to ground with first touch and finish with second touch. Players hould be using soft body parts to bring the ball to ground. Coach will alternate lines, playing the ball from the same start point for each line. This will give the players different angles and speed of ball. Coach should vary their start location to get different angles, speed, and trajectory. Coach will spend some time on shots and some time on clearances.
Players should be working to get ball to ground as quickly as possible. Players should be working to take shot as quickly as possible after first touch.
