Duration: 15 minutes Area: Indoor, Half field. Outdoor Approx 20x30 Equipment: 3 cones and one ball per player on the outside cones Setup: 3 cones approx. 20m from net with one in the centre of the field and 2 approx. 10m on each side of the centre cone 5 players (3 attacking and 1 defending and 1 goalie, which could be a coach) Instructions: Outside player will start with the ball (can switch sides to change up). This player will bring the along the boards towards the net. Player can do one of the following Rebound off wall to Centre attacking player (top of box) Pass to Centre attacking player to top of box Cross to Backpost attacking player Defending player to pressure the player with the ball Once play is completed (defender wins the ball or goal is scored), players will rotate Defender to opposite attacking side play was started Opposite attacking side to Centre attacker Centre attacker to attacking side where play started Play start to Defender Coaching Hints: - Communication - Positioning - Do not pass into goal box - Support player with the ball
