Players line up as indicated. Coach plays an easy ball in the air that the player will volley into the net. Players will swing their leg around like a bat, attempting to be as parallel to the ground as possible when striking the ball. Players chase the ball then get back in line. Coaches will get farther away as the players progress, making players have to locate the ball and work on making contact.
Players hould not be swinging up on the ball or it will go over the goal. Players need to time their leg swing to meet the ball at the correct time.
