Foundation activity to encourage movement and finishing, with additional work for GK and defending. Players in 4 pairs to take on one of the three roles shown - attackers, defender and GK. Rotate within the groups after each attempt for 10 attempts, and then rotate the roles themselves so that all players can experience attacking, defending and goalkeeping.
Encourage team work and support from the sidelines. The players should be using their rest time to watch closely, have ideas, and encourage their teammates. Place a target in a corner of the goal and encourage players to aim for that, reward success with a big team celebration and high fives.
