Firstly, two teams of 7. One team of 4 Who will start in the 4 corners. Both teams have a ball within their team and they are simply passing the ball around within the team in the middle of the larger area. meanwhile, the team of four will be doing indivudual skills and activities such as keepy uppies and dribbling etc. The 4 on the outside will swap round with each other and in for another team in the middle before the 1st progression. Secondly, It will be the same rules that apply but the two teams in the middle will now be competiting for the ball and trying to keep possession of the ball away from the opposing team. Which ever team loses the ball will swap into the 4 corners. Finally, the 2nd progression is that the teams in the middle will now aim to make 5 successful passes before losing the ball. if they do then they swap into the corners. NOTE - 3 players wil have to swap bibs when the 4 from the corners are coming into the middle to make a team of 7.
