DESCRIPTION

2 cones 1 metre apart Use different combinations amongst cones Starting between cones 1 or 2 touch back to player at top. Move to the right, receive and play, back to middle receive and play, move to left receive and play, repeat Starting between cones 1 or 2 touch back to player at top. Stay middle and receive again with first touch to right cone and play back. Move back to middle, receive with first touch to left cone and play back. Repeat. Starting between cones move outside of right cone and play back to player at top. Move to outside left cone and play back to player at top. Repeat. 90 seconds each

Accuracy of passes is focus Ensure ball speed is sufficient Looking for a large number of passes to gain maximum touches
