GK`s will be in pairs. Each GK will take it in turns to complete the test, they will work for 1 minute each. 1 GK starts within the marked area, the other will be the serving also starting in the serving marked area. In pairs, both GK`s will be working at the same time, one after the other. The GK will start within his set position facing the speed test. As shown in the diagram, the GK`s job is to dive on each ball at each cone. He will be timed on his score.
