
1 GK working at one time, with 3 servers. The GK will start within the goal, he will go and get a ball from the server and then place the ball on top of the cone. The server standing on the cone will then throw the ball to the striking server. The GK will work for 8 strikes, twice. This is a continuous drill and needs to be completed at the correct pace. All servers need to be quick. Work both sides (Left/Right). Twice per GK.
