DESCRIPTION

The goalkeeper will start with two-foot jumps, single leg jumps, running or side to side over the hurdles while always looking at the ball. They will then move from side to side in front of the first, second, third and fourth cone and diving at each cone. Low dives Mid-Range dives High dives
