GK`s will be in groups of 4. There will be one server and 3 GK`s continuously working. The working GK`s will queue behind the first cone. The first GK will go through the cones, get set within the goal and receive an under-arm throw from the server. The GK will give the ball back to the server, then the next GK will work his way through the cone. Server will change when all GK`s have received 4 catches each. (Any type of footwork)
