Do it 10X Immediately after 10X of Shoulder Press Gk will move along the goal line inbetween 2 goalpost. 1st Gk have to jump and touch the crossbar follow with the right hand post and lastly to the lefthand post before proceeding to the markes near the 6yard to execute the Zig Zag movement. Once done with the Zig Zag gk have to touch the last marker and back paddle back to jump and catch the high ball serve by the server. Continue the whole process for 1-2 mins max
