This RSA drill is designed to replicate the short, explosive repeat actions goalkeepers perform in matches after getting up from the ground. Each repetition begins in a dive or ground save position, followed by a quick recovery and a 10-yard total shuttle (5-yards out, 5-yards back). You will alternate which side you lay on each rep. Alternate which side you are cutting on each set. Perform the reps outlined in your packet.
