DESCRIPTION

The RSA shuttle is designed to improve your ability to perform repeated high intensity sprints with short recovery. Each rep consists of a 15-yard sprint out and 15-yard sprint back, emphasizing quick acceleration, sharp change of direction, and the ability to maintain speed under fatigue. Focus on staying low and controlled during the turn and exploding out of the cut. Alternate which foot you are cutting off of each set. Perform the reps outlined in your packet.
