
Place cones every 5 yards from the end line to 25 yards out. Sprint to the first cone and back, the second cone and back, the third cone and back, the fourth cone and back, then the fifth cone and back. You should finish each rep in 35 seconds with 60 seconds of rest in between. You will get an additional 30 seconds of rest at the halfway point of each set. Perform the total number of reps outlined in your packet.
Alternate which foot you cut on during each shuttle.
