
Keep Ball, but split in to two zones. The object is to get the ball from the coach at one end, to the coach at the other end. The go through the zone, the team must use the neutral yellow player on each outside of the zone. The yellow player will run the ball up the wing, unopposed, and give it to the corresponding colour on the other side. The drill encourages players to get the ball out from the middle to wide areas, and then to be in space to receive the ball from the wide areas at the other end
