Split your area in half with the goals back to back in the middle. Put a GK in each goal and then split the players into 2 teams. Make sure you leave the ST of the defending team high on the opposite side of the field. Play numbers up towards the first goal. If the defending team wins the ball they play long into their ST on the opposite side of the field. Everyone then has to transition fast to attack/defend the other goal.
Attacking communication. Use of space, wide players and moving on and off the ball quickly and with purpose.
