
Place two cones 25 yards apart.You will sprint down and back three full times to complete a full shuttle. Field players aim to complete each 150 yard shuttle in 27 seconds. Goalkeepers aim to complete each 150 yard shuttle in 30 seconds You will have 60s of rest before beginning the next one.
Alternate which foot you are cutting on each 25 yard split. Your body should face the same way every time you go to make a cut.
