
Players split to pairs. They play a 1v1 and their aim is to protect and shield their ball. Defenders try to gain possesion and follow the same sequence. IMPORTANT TIPS Control the ball using the foot which is not close to the defender. Be aware where the defender is and turn your body in the correct direction (sideways). Use your shoulder to create space from the defender. Always keep your head up to be aware of the defenders movement.
