Set up 4 gates on each side of a 15x15 yard area. Split players into 4 equal groups, with each group lining up behind one of the 4 gates. The groups at opposite gates will work together as a team. Teams will be dribbling the ball in and trying to play the ball in to their teammate in the opposite gate. They will be playing 1v1 trying to beat the defender from the other team. Teams will get a point for each completed pass through the gate to their teammate. If the defender steals the ball, they will play it to one of their teammates in the gates and begin being on offense. The attacker becomes that defender. If the ball goes out of play, the other team plays a ball in and the attacker becomes the defender.
Attackers should be using feint techniques to get around the defender. Attackers should be working hard to create a a passing window. Defenders should be using good 1v1 skills to break down the attacker. The ball should be on the ground at all times.
