
Purpose: To improve Ball Mastery on the move. Set up: Players numbered 1, 2 or 3 are lined up with a ball on one side of a 15x20 yd grid. Coach in front of the players. How To: Variation 1 - On the Coaches signal (1) cross the grid doing the action the coach asks for. When they are 1/3rd across the signal for (2) to go etc. When they reach the end they turn and wait, then repeat. Variation 2 - Introduce competition. Same thing but points for completing first.
Use Single cuts, Stop and go, toe taps etc. Try to get them to look up as much as possible, possibly use coloured cones in hand.
