
field size 10by20 or 15 by 25 defenders will pass the ball to the attackers. both will step into the field after the pass. When the there is a goal or the ball is out of bounce the defender will go to the attackers line and the attacker will go to the defenders line. and the next one can start.
strong first pass. have a good first touch forward as a attacker. speed up in the dribble try to pass the defender with a move and score a goal. the defender tries to delay the game and push the attacker to the outside to give the attacker less space. when the defender steals the ball he/she can score in the other goal.
