DESCRIPTION

Level 1:

Players understand how to position while defending 1v1


Level 2:

Now 2v2, defenders will form a diagonal line (one staying behind the other defender and covering


As Attackers pass the ball back and forth, defenders switch positions, change of covering line


COACHING POINTS

-Staying on your toes, never committing unless the attacker makes a mistake.

-As soon as going to the defender, be ready to bounce backward, to not get beat
