Players divided behind red and blue cones.
Blue cones in a straight line, players start with the ball and must dribble between the cones.
Red cones set in a zig zag, players must run around the cones.
At the end of the cones, the blue player passes to the red player to score a goal.
Red player collects the ball and goes to back of blue line, blue player to the red line.
