TWO-FACED VERTICAL JUMP
This test allows assessment of two-footed vertical jumping ability. The player stands on the soles of his feet facing a wall with a marker board on it and stretches his arms upward, making a mark with chalk that has been rubbed onto his middle finger. Then he makes an explosive two-footed jump upward and marks the wall again with the chalk on his finger at the highest point he reaches. The examiner measures the highest of three attempts, recording the difference between the standing chalk mark and the jumping chalk mark. Measurement is in units of 0.5 cm.
