The drill practices head up switching play, whilst trying to keep the ball.
Cone out three goals either end in a smallish square.
The coach/player on both sides has to run in front of the goal that they think the ball might go in to.
The players in the middle must work in their teams to score a goal at any end. However, they cannot score a goal if the goal is occupied by the coach (by standing in the middle).
The objective is for the teams to switch the play to both ends quickly so that they can get to the goal before it is occupied by the coach.
