Set up two coned gates on or near the half way line.
The objective of this drill is fast paced transitional football between defence and attack.
The drill wil last for 3 minutes non stop and the team who scores the most goals will win.
Initially, 3 on 3, the blue team will attack. When the ball is won back or the chance missed/saved by the red team, the red team must run the ball through the gates on the halfway line.
When they do this, they then become the attacking team and will immediately attack.
The blue team must quickly form a defensive shape and try to stop the chance/win the ball back from the red team.
After the three minutes, stop the drill and change the teams as necessary.
