DESCRIPTION

Passing square.

To start you will have two passing squares, in each square, you have green and red teams with a ball, 3 reds in a square with 3 green players. They should pass to their own color teams. in this square, they should be completing passes and improve their controlling of the ball, also see how many passes they can complete without getting in the way of the other team or making a mistake to stop play..

When the coach blows his whistle, the players with the ball have to pick it up and place it on the green cones outside the square.

The coach will then throws the ball randomly in the square where green and red face off to see who can score the first goal or who knocks the ball out in a 6 v 6 match.

The coach will inform which teams score in which goals beforehand. After a goal is scored or the ball goes out of the larger match area you reset to your square with your team and carry on the passing drill.
