The drill is about 1 v 1 defending, with two teams (separate by bib colour).
One team starts defending, with one in the middle. The others stand at their coloured gates opposite eachother.
The team who starts with the ball has to get past the defender in the middle to the other gate and pass the ball to the opposite player.
If successful, the player receiving the ball must go back the same way and get past the defender themselves to get the ball to the other side.
If the defender intercepts the ball, they must quickly pass the ball to one of their teammates on the gate, who would then become the attacker (the roles are reversed)
The attacker who just lost the ball in the middle will become the defender.
