The coach will play a ball to a team(black in this case). This team makes 3 passes among themselves and then 1 player from the middle third comes in attack the ball. The blacks then have to try to pass it through the middle third into the white team. If the green player succeeds and wins the ball they play it to there team or kick it out. They then swap with the team that lost the ball.
