The blue team in the top left are doing a quick one touch pass and when player has recieved ball the one who passed it goes to their spot and the red team are doing like a piggy in the middle they have to make a creative pass to get past the one in the middle meanwhile the one in the middle is working on attacking to get the ball from the opposoition and once they do they swap with who they attacked and then after that warm up session we'd do a little 4v4 match blue against red and a ten to 15 min game theres 1 goalie on eacn side and then 3 defenders/attackers they choose
just a normal match score it past the goalie and whoever has highest score before time runs out wins but the ball starts in the middle at the start of the game and the palyers start at least 3-4 feet away from the ball before starting then whenever everyones ready game start.
the blue team to work on their quick passes and movement so they can make quick accurate passes to their players under pressure and the red team the one in the middle is working on their attacking to get the ball to swap over but the ones on the other side are working on their defending to keep the ball of the middle player while making quick thoughtout plans to get the ball past him and then after that warm up session there working on a bit off everything in a 4v4 match each team would me using attacking to get the ball of the opposition and defense the defenders would defend the goalie not letting them get close to him they would also use passing to pass to field pass to players etc and also on their shooting because they would have shoot against the goalie
