At stage 1, the player plays a 1-2 with the coach, first on their right foot and then on their left.
They then pedal back to stage 2 where they receive the ball, turn and dribble round the cone before passing back to the coach.
They then sprint to stage 3 to receive the ball from a long pass, control and dribble to the last cone and play a long drilled pass back to the coach.
They do this 4 times with 15 seconds rest between each rotation.
Ensure the players first touch is good and their passes have meaning.
