Player 1 stands 5 yards from player 2 and passes to them. Player 2 must then dribble from their goal to the far goal. Player 1 must touch one of the poles marking the goal before running back to recover the ball. If they win the ball back, they must dribble through the oppositions goal and player 2 must try and recover.
As soon as the ball is dead, another pair steps in and does the same whilst the first pair rest. When the first pair come back in, they swap roles.
If the defending players are always winning, you can move the initial pass further away so they have further to run and vice versa.
