Exercise
Name: Rondo 11v11 (6v3)
Rules:
- Team has 6v3 inside rondo area
- 10 passes in row inside the area = 10 push ups (After the time is up)
- Transition must be done with minimum 3 passes
- Side players can move away from the area to search for passing lines
- Team can counterpleas in whole half field but can't enter the opposite half to press
- Team players from the side can only exit their areas after the ball is played over half line
- One player can go to opposite half when out of possession to be ready for positive transition
