Possession:
4 v 2 encourage right, left, centre options. Set shape, intensity, focus and responsibility.
Build-Up to Shoot:
Three players on the first three cones with a ball at the first cone.
When first player plays a pass they must sprint around the player to the next available cone ready to play the next pass.
One touch in the build-up, angle off the cones, focus on movement and weight of pass and set to shoot on the final pass.
Work left then right. Alternate groups. Players build up in threes.
