Players line up in twos, with one receiver and one defender.
The blue player who is receiving the ball will make a run forward, tracked by the defender. They will receive a pass from the coach and continue to dribble with the ball under pressure from the defender until they get to the end of the area..
When they reach the end, they will try and pass the ball back to the coach before the defender tackles them.
Use arms and body shape to hold off the defender. Clench fists and widen arms.
Progression
When the player with the ball reaches the end of the cones with the ball, the next player in line should make a run to the far cone to receive the ball. They should be tracked by another player who is defending that pass (team of 4 at this point)
