GK throws ball out to three attackers who attack the Two defenders to create an under load.
Defenders must organise themselves well tracking the ball but also looking for attackers running into space.
Once move is finished the two defenders become attackers with another joining them from the side.
The three attackers can now become defenders or have another three defenders instead.
