- Work in pairs, in separate halves of the square
- 1st players starts between gate with ball, 2nd player on yellow cone
- 1st player dribbles through poles
- Then through the white cones followed by yellow cones then white cones, etc
- Player then dribbles through 'minefield' and passes to 2nd player once through
- 2nd player dribbles up to gate and repeats
- If player misses a pole, a gate or hits a cone then go back to start of section and start again until done correctly
- Between poles & cones -1st lap both feet, 2nd lap weaker foot, 3rd lap sole of foot, 4th lap outside of foot, 5th lap inside of foot & 6th lap freestyle
- Make sure to record time of pair
- Important to keep ball under control
- Use as many surfaces as possible to gain familiarity
