Defensive line with turn and counter attack.
Set up 3 mannequins in the yellow positions.
Set up a line of red cones back in the defensive half.
Three players will start running back to the line of cones. They must organise themselves to be in a defensive line by the time they hit the red cones. Communication is key.
When the reach the line, they will turn around as if to be on a counter attack.
The middle player will pick up the ball from the centre circle and play the ball out wide to one of the wingers. Ensure the player is oneside with the mannequins when they make their run.
The other two players drive in to the box and receive the ball from the winger to finish the move.
