5 Exercises:

  1. Speed Dribbling Shuttle runs
  2. Plank
  3. Quick Feet Z's (Agility ZigZag)
  4. Squats
  5. Football Push Ups (Using the ball) 

 

60secs on, 10secs rest, Repeat 4 times, repeat a 5th time if you think you can. 

Use the proper technique shown in the diagrams.
